All 15 of our products are made at our orchard from the apples, raspberries, currants, cherries and pears grown on the orchard.

The products are distinguished by only using our apples to supply all of the pectin - commercial pectin such as Sure-Jell is not used. This is a time consuming extra step that our faithful customers admire. An added plus from this extra step is making use of the apple's fructose, a natural sweetener, which reduces the amount of sugar needed for each recipe. The average number of calories per serving is 25 - at least half the calories of most other jams/jellies.

The two "sugar free" fruit butters, a delight for those who can't or don't want to have sugar, are uniquely special. The Apple Butter (2g Carb total) is only apple that has been cooked twice in the juice of apples. A touch of cinnamon is all that is added. The Pear Butter (3g Carb total) is made from pureed pears cooked in the juice from steamed apples with a pinch of ginger added. No artificial sweetener is used in either product.

The mustards' main ingredient is the fruit, unlike the water or vinegar of most. So, in addition to being a tasty condiment, because of their fruit content, these mustards can be used as a dip or glaze on roasts.

We always have a selection of "keeper" gift baskets and boxes. These are made from old fashioned berry crate wood which we carefully hand stencil so no two are exactly alike.
