The digging has begun!

In preparation for our growing business, the excavation for Phase 1 of our expansion project has begun. We will be constructing a brand new showroom/store building that will be completed well before this year's Applefest. The 24' x 36' structure will be made from mostly refurbished materials and have a passive solar-heated, in floor heat system with a few other amenities. The new space will allow us to better showcase our great products, and allow us space to house products from some of our neighbors and friends. Phase 2 of the project will tie in to this structure and incorporate a brand new production facility as well as more storage for our increasing numbers of our delicious fruit. Hope to see some of you up this summer to view the progress!
