Steamed apples are fine screen pureed. This puree is then cooked in a bath of our own concentrated apple cider with a palate pleasing amount of cinnamon and just enough white and brown sugar to enhance the flavor.

Adapted from a recipe found in a now century old farm-home preserving manual. it's "grandma's apple butter." Lots of extra great uses: an ice cream topping, filling for baked squash, garnish or glaze for meats and even a substitute ingredient for low fat baking.

Originally developed to compliment Louie's Award Winning Apple Brats that are served at the Bayfield Apple Fest. The mustard quickly became a year round favorite. This is a flavorful mild mustard that, because the main ingredient is apple, is a great dip and is also used as a glaze on meats when roasting or grilling.

A tasteful mix of two tasty fruits. 15 ounce jar

Simply a combination of Apple Jam and raspberries. The berries are cold pureed to take out the seeds and then folded into the jam at the end of the cooking process to preserve the fresh berry taste.
